Converting

For our biodegradable bag production, we use up to four colours in a high-pressure printing process with water-based ink systems. In the area of packing, brand-new machine line technology for flexo printing presses and bag machines permits production at (comparably) high belt speeds. A high level of automation in this area allows us to further increase efficiency. Almost 100% of our production waste is returned to the process. A recycling system specially designed for organic films produces recycled granulates at a quality allowing a high percentage of recycled material in film production.
